Meet Lucia, owner of La Maritxu. Lucia grew up in the Basque Region, Spain, moved to London and started making Basque cheesecakes out of her home kitchen. 

Demand for the beautiful creamy cake skyrocketed and is now producing the best burnt Basque cheesecakes outside the Basque Region at La Maritxu in Marble Arch. 

These Cheesecakes are fit for a king, (literally the kings service came and picked up two.)
